Hi, thanks for visiting my website. If you’re looking to get in shape or get in better shape – then you’ve come to the right place. I’ve been passionate about health and fitness since I was a teenager and that passion grows every time I help others reach their fitness goals.
I started Check Total Health as a small gym in my home where I trained family and friends for several years. As my clientele grew, I started training at numerous gyms and residential communities throughout Southwest Florida and also began offering mobile training and outdoor boot camps.
What I’ve learned is most of my clients had bad experiences with gyms or trainers in the past and were discouraged. If you give me your best effort, I promise to give you mine – you will not be disappointed.
Check Total Health is independently owned and operated by Justin Check, an experienced certified personal/group trainer and nutrition coach through one of the highest accredited exercise institutions in the country- the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He’s also the Fitness and Nutrition Expert for Flexcin International, a joint-health supplement company.

Personal Training- Get the personal attention you need from a fitness professional that truly cares. Personal training entails a customized exercise program designed around your schedule, needs, and goals and is implemented in a one-on-one setting. It’s an ideal approach for those with special needs, chronic health issues, limited exercise experience, or who prefer a more intimate training setting.
Group Training – Have friends or family members looking for training too? Group training is affordable and fun! We have regularly scheduled group camps & classes offered several days a week at various times. We can also find a new time that works best for your group if you have 3 or more participants! This training approach is best for those who have at least moderate exercise experience and can maintain proper form in a group setting.
Youth Training – It’s estimated that 33% of adolescents are obese. Get rid of the video games and get those kids active! This exercise program is designed specifically for keeping kids interested and involved in being active and healthy, as well as educating them on healthy eating habits. It includes outdoor exercise activities, sport-related exercises, and physical education.
Mobile Training – Don’t have time to get to the gym? There are no excuses now! Let us come to you with our mobile training service. Whether it’s at your home or favorite outdoor area, Check Total Health will bring the workout to you.
Boot Camps – Looking to push your body to the next level? Try one of Check Total Health’s boot camps! These boot camps are perfect for burning fat and building lean muscle. Boot camps are offered several days every week.
